Salsa Dip Mix
1 Package of Queso Salsa Dip Mix
1 Can (14.5 oz) Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 Can (14.5) Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 Lime Juiced (1 Tablespoon)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Mix the content of the package tomatoes and lime juice and seasonings. refrigerate for 3 hours before serving. Add more lime or salt and pepper to liking. Serve with Tortilla chips or use in any recipe that calls for salsa. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
Queso Dip Directions
1 Package of Queso Salsa Dip Mix
16 oz of Velveeta Cheese
1/4 Cup Milk
In a small crock pot with heat on low, combine contents of Wildwood Queso Salsa Mix, Velveeta Cheese and 1/4 C milk. Allow to cook on low for 2 hours while stirring every 30 min to ensure it is combining well. Serve with Tortilla Chips. Use as toping for nachos, enchiladas and potato topping

Black Bean Salsa
- Mix Savory Salsa mix as directed above
- ½ can of black beans
Corn Salsa
- Mix Savory Salsa mix as directed above
- 1 (8oz) can of shoe peg corn or regular canned corn
Fire Roasted Salsa
- Use fire roasted canned tomatoes (we recommend Muir Glen Organic)
Spicy Salsa Variation
- Mix Savory Salsa mix as directed above
- 1 jalapeno, roughly chopped
- 1 habanero pepper, roughly chopped
- Optional: add ¼ tsp chili powder
Tastes delicious as our original mix too:
Directions:
- 1 C Sour Cream & 1 C Mayonnaise Or
- 1 C Sour Cream & 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese, softened
Mix together thoroughly. Best flavor after 3 hours of refrigeration. Great with chips, crackers, pretzels and veggies!
Hot Dip Directions:
- 1 pkg of Dip Mix
- 1 pkg Cream Cheese (8oz)
- ½ Stick Butter
- ¼ C Sour Cream
- 2 T Milk or Cream
Combine and heat on top of stove, stirring constantly.
Cheeseball Directions:
- 1 pkg of Dip Mix
- 2 (8oz)pkgs Cream Cheese
- 2 T Butter
- 1/4C Parmesan Cheese
Mix ingredients and refrigerate for about an hour until mixture can be formed into a ball. Roll ball into Parmesan cheese and chill 2 hours before serving.
