Black Bean Chili Soup Mix
Directions:
- Brown 1 1/4 # Ground beef in large soup pot.
- Add Wildwood Classic Black Bean soup mix, 3 1/2 C water and 15 oz can tomato sauce.
- Bring to a boil.
- Boil slowly for 30 minutes.
- Season to taste. Add cheddar cheese or sour cream~ Yum!
Ingredients: Black beans, red pepper, green chili pepper, hot chili spice (chili pepper, cumin, paprika, salt, oregano, other spices) green pepper, onion, garlic.
Preparation time 10 minutes. Cook time 30 minutes. 6 servings.
