A delicious spring - summer recipe using fresh strawberries and rhubarb.
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Butter or spray a 8.5 X 11.5 X 2 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, strawberries, and 1 8 oz pkg of crisp mix. Transfer to buttered baking dish.
Mix 2nd 8 oz package or crisp mix with melted butter and spread over fruit.
Bake until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown, about 35 min.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
