Cheeseball

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Dip Mix
  • 2 - 8 oz. Packages of Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbls Butter, softened or 2 Tbls Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients and refrigerate for about an hour until mixture can be formed into a ball. Roll ball in parmesan cheese and chill for two hours before serving.

To make a small cheese ball:

  • 1/2 Package of Dip Mix
  • 1-8 oz. Package of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbls Butter, softened or 1 Tbls Milk
  • 1/8 cup parmesan cheese (optional)
