Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp
A delicious spring - summer recipe using fresh strawberries and rhubarb.
Ingredients
- 4 C Rhubarb pieces About 1 pound
- 2 C Strawberry slices
- 1/2 Stick Butter, melted
- 1, 16oz Wildwood Apple Crisp Mix Pour out into 2 equal portions. One for mixing with fruit and other for mixing with melted butter.
Instructions

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Butter or spray a 8.5 X 11.5 X 2 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, strawberries, and 1 half of the package of crisp mix. Transfer to buttered baking dish.
Mix 2nd half of package or crisp mix with melted butter and spread over fruit. Press down.
Bake until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown, about 30 min.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
