Directions:
- Bring 5 cups of water to a boil in a large soup pot.
- Slowly add Wildwood Southwest Cheddar soup mix into boiling water.
- Return to a boil and boil rapidly for 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat, simmer & bubble for 25 minutes while stirring frequently.
- Great addition and sides: taco meat, shredded chicken, tortilla chips, avocado, salsa, sour cream or a side of corn bread ~ yum!
